To register for a class we will need, a completed registration form (button on left), a copy of your dog's vaccination records, and the registration fee.
We now have the
option to pay online with a credit card through PayPal. There is an
added transaction fee if this method of payment is chosen. As always
checks and cash
are still accepted.
